Default Won't idle

Well my car has been fine last night I get to work and shut it off like usual no problems. This morning I start her up and she won't idle keeps stalling unless I keep my foot on the gas. If I get it to hold an idle it's at like 400 rpms. It was fine last night now it is doing this any idea's? runs and drives normal.
