Seafoam again, Brake booster off, but idles normal to low, pour it in anyway?

Seafoam again, Brake booster off, but idles normal to low, pour it in anyway? Howdy! I am doin seafoam and i just started my car at the part where the hose is disconnected....the car should be idling high but it is actually idling normal to a little low and just real rough...wtf? Should i just pour the stuff in anyway?
