Couple rattles I need help finding

Couple rattles I need help finding I'm pretty clueless as to whats causing it but it sounds like its in my dashboard or something 
I have tried to find it by just pushing on pretty much all the front interior pieces but it doesn't stop and it only does it when I'm idling at rpms less than about a 1000. Any ideas as to whats causing it??? Also after the header/ory install it feels like the drivers side header is hitting on something under hard acceleration from a stop but I can't find any wore out or scrape marks on the underside to show where its hitting at... I have a piece of exhaust wrap I was going to fold up and use if I could find where to put it but I'm pretty clueless on it as well. Thanks!
