alignment problem???

Default alignment problem???

i just took my old wheels and tires off and noticed the inner tread on the front two tires were worn badly. the driver front was actually worn down to wires. my car is lowered about 2" is that why? and can this be fixed with just an alignment??

Lowering the car and not re-aligning it will throw all the specs way off. Get new tires and an alignment.

When you lower your car, you automatically throw off your camber, so yes that is the reason why you are having excessive wear on the inside of your tires. I'm pretty sure you have to use shims to fix camber, but Im not completely sure. Id see if I could get that camber fixed some so you can get more life out of your tires.
