TSB Help!!! PLEASE!

Can anyone find anything out for me about this Technical Service Bulletin?

its for A4 LS1 F-cars that hear a ping or ting like sound when shifting from reverse to drive. its from the flexing yokes inside the tube. didn't apply to M6 cars
