6mpg??? WTF???

6mpg??? WTF??? My car is all stock and it gets about 6mpg mostly highway and throws no check engine or other lights. What could be wrong? 
I've looked around the forums and couldn't find anyone with mpg problems quite this bad. I was thinking it must be a combinatin of bad O2 + bad MAF + clogged injectors, ect. However, I'm thinking now that since there is no check engine lights or anything it must be a fuel leak. I really don't know where to start. Any suggestions or ideas?

1.) your O2's are shot
2.) your cats are clogged
3.) your spark plugs are charred
4.) your injectors are clogged horribly or need replacing
could be any combination of the four.

ya definitely you need to buy some new o2 sensors for the car, and make sure all the injectors are clean, so go to advance auto parts and pick up some new o2 sensors along with some of that fuel injector cleaner you can put in your gas tank and go ahead and change your plugs also. lemme know how it goes hope this helps you
