Default Coolant light?

I have relaced it twice worked for a bit then died. Everyone says unplug it, but if I do the light doesn't go away. How do I get the light to stay off, I know my fluids are up and I check them regularly.

My low coolant light comes on here and there. I know that it's a bad sensor because I keep up on the fluids. I just leave it alone. Not sure if there's much else you can do. Probably not worth too much effort

I just drained, ran cleaner through the radiator, and filled it. The light still comes on. I thought it was a bad sensor, so I cleaned everything up but it still comes on. It is getting really annoying. I am thinking that there is another sensor, or some part of this one that is in need of attention.

I was thinking maybe I have a broken wire to it, but some people on here said unplug it and the light would go out, not sure how that works.

mine was giving a false low coolant light due to coolant contamination. the coolant was contaminated by a leak in the power steering cooler pipe. do a search for details. signs are greasy, oily coolant and gunk on the sensor.
