Default how to move headlight down?

My headlight on the pass. side is up too high on the left side and is sitting fine on the right side. How do I move the left side down? It is pushed up into the fender and needs to be lowered. I see there are many bolts and looks like 2 are on the fender side. I didn't know if there is some slide adjustments where I can move this thing down on the left side only.

Are you talking about the lowering the aim of the headlight beam? Give us some idea as to what you mean be the statement "It is pushed up into the fender and needs to be lowered."

The headlamp itself is sitting to high on the left part of it. There is suppose to be a gap at the top where the headlamp has space between the fender and the lamp. Mine is sitting so high on that side that it is into the fender edge and there is a large gap on the bottom.
