Default Wierd Whine/Noise

Got the car back today the brake lines where bled and the system was refilled.. and whenever im driving my driver front wheel/brake starts making a low whine noise and I have to tap the brakes real quick to get rid of it

its a turbocharger!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

but hummm lets see, possibly the brake pad is crooker or some **** maybe the rotor needs to be re-turned

my dad said maybe the caliper isnt letting up all the way?? i was thinking all new rotors and some hawk pads?? but thats just me
