Default LEAN Code Bank 1

So,. about a week ago I decided to port my TB and check/clean my injectors,.. did it... and ever since I've been turning up a LEAN Code and have had a jacked up idol ever since. Originally I though that I may have accidently ported some metal around the idol hole that i shouldnt have or mabe I screwed up the injectors. So I pulled the TB back off and added filler to the TB Idol hole and drilled a 5/16 hole and checked the injectors. I even checked the rubber ring on the A.I.R. conection on my LS1 intake to see if it was still there, and it is..The choppy idol is gone now but im still come'n up with a LEAN Code. My only remaining thought is that about a month ago when I also took the TB off for a seperate issue, I tightened one of the 3 bolts TOO much and it snapped! So now my TB is held by 2 of 3 bolts. I'm think'n, even though visually it looks like a tight seal,.... its not and unwanted air is just seaping in. But if it is that,. why is it becoming an issue a month later.

If anyone has any thoughts please throw in your two cents. I did a search and no one has addressed this sinario. thanks.

check fuel filter/pump....might not be it..but usually its the obvious little things that mess up the bigger more important things...like the engine
