Maybe valve seals?

Okay guys,

I've searched and searched and wanted to ask what you all thought about this:

My car smokes white-bluish on startup probably 75% of the time. When at low RPMs, the car sounds like it's ticking. And worst of all, I used to get about 25-30 mpg and now I'm getting 15 to 20. Could it be the valve seals? I've recently done plugs, fuel filter, and pcv valve.

Any ideas?

Check that, I'm now getting 10 mpg as of today...

same here, ill get sum smoke that smells rotten at WOT and or start up it burns my nose

As for the shitty gas mileage and the ticking, pull the valvecovers and make sure you dont have a bad pusrod, and possibly your valves arent seating on the heads correctly making a tight seal..
