Default Need help troubleshooting an electrical problem

Ok this only started happening after I got a 3500 stall converter installed in my LS1. Whenever I'm at the track and I stall my car above 2000 rpms after I launch my car seems to die for a second or two. All the needles will go down to zero and all the warning lights will light up like when you put the key in the ignition. I keep my foot on the pedal and after that happens it runs like normal. Is this an electrical issue or could it be fuel related?

A wire loom may have been pinched between the engine and tranny when the convertor was installed....
