tranny question so i am thinking that my 3-4 shiftfork is bent.
tell me if you agree...
the shifter feels as if it doesnt go all the way into 3rd. about 30% of the time, it pops out of gear as soon as i give the car gas. and it hardly ever lets me downshift into 3rd. it will just pop out and grind. plus, this all started on the first night i took my car to the track.
so, assuming this a bent shiftfork. how much could you guesstimate a shop would charge me to put a new one in?
i am a hands on kind of guy and love working on my car, but i have heard bad things about taking apart the insides of a t56, so i am going to have to pay someont to do it for me
