ta head light?wtf driving my car and night time was coming so i turned my light on and my driver side light popped up then popped back down and now it wont open, it looks like im missing a white looking stopper that keep the light bracket from turning completely in a 360 degree and closing again,does anybody know what that piece is and where to get it

i have a 2000 ta its like near the raise and lowering arm its a white looking piece should have 2 on the arm im missing on of them and me and a buddy think its a stopper of the arm so it doesnt over rotate and close.
