Default Getting rid of window motor

Well I finally sick of changing window motors. The last one I changed lasted about 6 months. I guess I'm wondering if it's possible and how labor involved it would be to change my car to non power windows? Anyone done this?

IMO cheaper to keep the power windows - motors free and doing it yourself?
