What are the top 5 things in an engine that starts to wear out after 100k miles?

hmm this is more of a opinion based ?.....but bearings...ALL OVER THE PLACE....valve springs, oil pump, and just some of the seals.....the actual "hard" parts like the crank and cam etc...dont really "wear" down...its when those other things break or wear down they hurt the other things....

Spark plugs and wires, timing chain, valvetrain components... Keep the oil changed and that will help out a lot.
