Check Eng Light - Funky Idle - Bad Pulley?
Hey guys,
I'm wondering would a pulley going bad throw a code? and would it cause the idle to get rough when sitting at a stop light?
Pretty sure one of my pulleys is taking a crap - makes a bit of a squealing noise....
car runs fine while its moving, but when I come to a stop it dips lower than it should.
I will be getting my friend to pull the code here shortly, but I wanted to know what you guys think.

have you messed with the EGR? ...I'm only asking cuz I had the same exact issue last month and I found that the rubber ring on the EGR was the culprit. The ring not being set right could cause a leak in the seal and cause a screwed up idle when at a dead stop.

well I did all the "free mods" and cut the pipe that extends down into the intake.
everything was running fine for a long while. Did yours take time to get develope a problem or was it right away?
