Default Tore a hole in steering rack dust boot..Help

Im changing my oil right now and had the car jacked up on one side(drivers) i was under there and had a jackstand with me the oil was draining and started to slow down so i decided to lower that one side all i could to let the rest of the oil drain out i lowered and the jackstand was stil under there and tore a whole in my boot now it looks like power steering fluid is draining out of that dust boot. Someone have suggestions for me!?

Could it be that boots only purpose it to deter dust and dirt and my seals are worn out in side the rack..?

Did you ever fix this, or is it just there to block dust

It's just a dust boot. If there's fluid leaking, the inner tie rod seal is busted.
