New Fuel Filter Setup
New Fuel Filter Setup My brass fitting is so rusted the metal gas line is twisted from me trying to get it off, so heres my soultion.....will it work?
Im going to buy a normal fuel filter, cut off the tube that snaps onto the gas coming from the tank, attach it to the line, clamp a tube from there to another fuel filter with both male ends. Then on the other side of the filter where it flows to cut the pipe, attach tube, clamp well.
Will that work? Or would the beginning **** it all up? Because the filter I need with the male end doesnt have the clip that attaches to the gas line. Heres a pic to better explain of what its gunna look like:
