Blinker not working

K well the bulbs are fine all the way around, but on the passenger side when you use the turn signal it stays lit- no blinking. I went to Napa and a guy said it was a flasher relay(small cylinder). So I bought it and tried to install it, but I have no idea where it goes. I took off the panel under the steering wheel but no luck. 1. Is that the right solution for the blinker?
2. Where's the relay?

Here's a pic. If you bought the oversized HD flasher from Napa (like the one pictured), don't reuse the factory clip, just let it hang. If you use the clip on the bigger HD unit, it will compress the casing and it will stop working.

Thank you!! Since the one I bought was a clear cylinder, I totally missed the factory flasher! I'll get it done in the morning and let you know how it goes.

also this may be a fuse.. check into that. if its for sure not a bulb.

I had a bad ground on mine also causing problems.

i have the same problem.
any idea where the bad ground may be? i recently had my bumper replaced and now the driver side bliinder isnt working. i gotta take it back to the shop, but does anyone know whats up with it? how can i know if the flasher relay needs to be replaced?
