Default Still have a shaking problem

I had my tires spin balanced and rotated, my brakes pads are new, I have brand new drilled and slotted rotors. The front end was aligned a day or two ago and for some reason my 01 TA still shakes under braking and acceleration. I have no clue what the hell this could possibly be.

Your outter tie rod ends may be on the way out.

Have you checked the rear end bushings? Could also be front end bushings...

Since it happens under braking and accelerating, I would check the u-joints for sure and then look at all the suspension bushings.

If the alignment is considerably out of spec, you could be picking up a vibration there.

If the tie rod and control arms are bad would that cause a floating feel to the car, when turning.

It sounds like something is loose in the suspension or steering. I guess it could also be the driveshaft, as has been said, but not as likely.

Get it up in the air. If all you've got is jackstands, put the front end up first, since that's the most likely problem area. Try to pull out on the top and bottom of each wheel, as well as move it side to side (steering motion). Also try to move the wheel up and down. Watch the suspension components and steering rack/tie-rods for movement. Movement that leads to vibration is usually pretty obvious.

Define turning. Turning into a parking spot? Or, turning onto an exit ramp at high speeds? At low speeds it could cause the steering to be vague and the car might wander around or feel sloppy. Floating at high speeds is usually related to the shocks (not enough rebound damping), but worn tie rod ends can make the car wander and feel very vague.
