Clicking/Tapping noise

i have that same issue thats seems to be coming around the bellhousing of my m6 tranny any ideas? and when i sit in my car it at idle it fells like a little bump bump buuu mp every 5-10 seconds

kind of sounds like a throwout bearing maybe. I know that m6's can produce different noises than a4's. does it increase when u do anything(warm up, give gas, etc?)
