Default squeeling problem

hey guys i have a problem. whenever i am idling i have loud squeeling, however if i turn on the ac or start to drive the squeeling goes away. Also, it is hard to start if it sits after a half hr or so. I am thinkin its the idler pulley, belt , or alternator. anyone ever encounter this or have thought on this problem?

Try replacing the belts first. You can get the pully from the dealer. Katech makes a tentioner pully, but not sure if it will fit a v6.
