Parking Brake Problems The Parking Brake on my friends '99 Corvette won't work and seeing how his car is an M6 he kind of needs it. Does anyone know where I can get some parking brake rings/pads besides a dealership or is that our only option? Were going to brake the rear-end down to actually see what is wrong with the car later on today.

Turns out after we got the wheels off and the rotors off that is what it needed. So we headed to the local Napa got some new rear rotors. Just like magic the parking break works now, but somewhere down the line he will need to replace those brake rings.
