Default Map sensor

Okay I tested my map sensor LT1.

With igintion on but not started 4.5 volts roughly.
engine started at most even at warm temp 1.1 volts.
If I raise the throttle it actually lowers and goes to like .7 volts .8 volts. Now isnt it suppose to raise in volts when i raise the throttle?

So saying this map is screwed would that cause a idle issue idling rough?

Thanks

okay I bought a map sensor and it still does not work. If I give the gas a quick shot the volts will rise, but If I slowly raise the throttle the volts slowly rise and if I hold it steady the volts stay low steadily. So how does that work?? Something has to be screwed

also in datamaster as I slowly bring up the rpm the kpa drops, only when I quickly snap the gas the kpa rises.
any help would nice
