Default coil pack rail

I just changed 7 of my spark plugs last night but I could not get to the 8th plug, at least not with the coil pack in place. I have stock manifolds so I can't go from under. How the hell do you remove that last rail bolt? There are 2 hoses in the way so I can't use a socket and it's not big enough back there for pliers or a wrench. Any advice? Anyone get the last one without removing the rail?

Default

From what I remember on my '00 car, it just takes a small/short 10mm wrench to get that last rail bolt off. Once it's off, just toss it out.

On my '98 there is no coil rail (coils are individually bolted to the valvecover) so I just leave them all in place and work around it. Number 8 is a bitch though.
