Default "Disk" spacers under lower airbox

Ok, stupid question time. I was wondering about the "disk" spacers under the lower airbox bolts in this pic:

How many are there supposed to be? I did the Free Ram Air mod on my car this weekend and when I pulled the lower airbox assembly off, there was only three disks, but four bolts. Is that right or am I missing one? I also didn't notice at first but they're different. There's a 2, 10, and a 16. Since I didn't realize they were different I didn't pay attention to where each one was. I tried to put them back the way I thought they should go but I apparently got it wrong since the two middle bolts will NOT start threading. Even with no spacer I can't get it to go in, so I guess I have the taller ones on the outside. I was in kind of a hurry last night putting it back together, got the outside ones tight and said "Screw it, I'll fix it tomorrow."

So am I missing one? What order do they go in, left to right?
