Airbag Switch
Switch? What are you trying to do? There is not a switch for the airbags in these cars. If you're trying to turn it off, you can't. If it's for a child seat, you have to put them in the back seat.

Well I got into an accident and they didn't go off. But I know there is bags in there cause I seen em when I had some stuff taken apart. Someone said there is probably a switch to turn them on and off. So I dunno why they wouldn't of went off cause I rearended somebody goin like 45 so that should have triggered them.
I think you have to hit a solid wall at 25 mph (off the top of my head) to trigger them. You must have stayed below the impact threshold that sets them off. I've seen accidents where airbags didn't go off and it seemed like they should have, and I know of a Jetta hit a pothole and set off the right side airbags?
If you're not getting a light, I doubt the sensor is bad, and since you can't turn them off, I'm guessing that they are fine.
Were you hurt in the accident? I'm guessing not seriously (sore is normal), and that was without them (which may be why they didn't deploy).

Verdad Gallardo This was over a year and a half ago. No I didn't get hurt at all. I know I smashed in the other cars trunk into their backseat. All my car needed was a new front bumper cover and headlight assembly and hood. Got all that just need my whole repainted. LoLz I dunno the exact speed I hit them at cause I was goin 45 and slammed on my brakes so I might not have been goin that fast but it totalled their car.
BTW the hood in the pic in my sig is the hood I was in the accident in. I got a new one on now though.
