In older drivers manual on most cars the most expensive tune up is usually the 30k tune up but now with 100,000 mile ignition parts the 100k tune up is the most cumbersome. If you still have the manual for your car look at the 100k tune up and see whats involved.

If I were doing mine I would do plugs, wires, fuel filter, air filter, acessory belt or belt's. Then I would start changing fluids, like coolant, oil, trans fluid (auto as well as manual) rear end fluid, check levels of other fluids like brake fluid and if its a manual clutch master cylinder fluid. Rotate tires.

But thats just me.
