Need help with stupid headlight motors.
Fellas I just installed my new PLASTIC gear and I think I have the new record for the quickest worn out gear. 7 TIMES!!!! my question is can you still re-use the headlight motor you have already epoxied before to switch to the metal gear. This son of a bitch is making me mad and I sure all you firebird owners know exactly what I am talking about. Thanks guys!

Look in the firebird section for more of a response. But i have swapped out each gear twice. You should be fine. Make sure after you go with the brass gear you clean the surface where you are gonna be glueing very well to get a good bond. Have you done the 180 mod?
