Switching back a bad thing?
I used to use Mobil 1 10W 30 synthetic...Now i am using German made 0w 30 synthetic. If i switch back to regular oil castrol 10w 30, would it be bad for my 95 Z28 LT1 engine?

You can go back and fourth with dino and synthetic all you want. You don't have to stick with one just because you've used it for XXXX miles.
But frankly I'm not sure why you'd want to go back to dino oil

Personally, I use synthetic not to extend my mileage between changes but for the added protection benefits.

So long as you keep the viscosities the same you can even mix synthetic and standard oil when doing oil changes...
I intend to use nothing but synthetics in any of my vehicles, though.
