Coolant Leak!!!!
Well the 100k mile curse has arrived! My 98Z just hit the century mark last week and now I've noticed a coolant leak. Im pretty sure its the water pump leakin. I checked the search and noticed one post stating that there is no weep hole on our pumps?? Can I get away with doin just the gaskets or should I just eat it and get a pump? Any perticular brand better than another?

Since the pump is pretty easy to install I would say if you have no visible signs of the wp shaft falling apart or any signs the cooloant has eaten any of the material away I would just repalce the gaskets. If you choose to replace the pump, which is not a bad idea by any means I would get the GM one. Your first one lasted 100K.
