Default Funny feeling when turning wheel

The problem is with my 2002 transam Firehawk.
When I pull out of my driveway, I have to turn the steering wheel kinda sharp. When I do this, sometimes it feels like the tire for a quick second, is slidding on ice (Left front) I had this happen 1-2 times back in the summer, but I thought it was the small pieces of tree limbs (twigs) in the road. Like the size of a pencil. I even had my son watch, while he was right beside my wheel as I'm moving, and he thought it was the twig. It was like that little twig made me feel like the tire was skimming on the twig. I cut my wheel sharp, this evening coming out of my driveway and I can't see anything rubbing, but there are no limbs/ twigs and it did it again. I hear a sound that isn't too loud, but I can hear and feel something. All wheel lugs are tight. Any thoughts, anyone have anything like this going on? Thanks
