missing door screw piece.

missing door screw piece. hey just got in the car and noticeed the round piece around the screw above door handle was missing or fell off. does anyone know what size it is and whats its called? id like to get one from home depot so i can replace it. its on the inside, and its the screw right above the lock and door handle. its the round piece with a hole thats around the screw. also i was wondering if its ok to super glue that whole place piece that holds the inside door handle and lock because it feels a little loose.
