can i fit transam door panels on a Camaro?

can i fit transam door panels on a Camaro? I tried to search but came up with nothing.
I just purchased another F-body, a 1994 transam that is fairly in good shape, this car will be striped out of everything and i will be using the parts on my car or selling them.
My question now, can I fit the Door panels from the Transam on my car, would it need modification or they wont fit with the Camaro dash?
and if I decide on replacing the dash, is that going to be a big headache?
