Car runs like a$$ when cold

My car runs fine for the first 3 minutes or so, then loses all power, starts bogging, starts idling low and just about dies when I come to a stop. This lasts about 3 minutes, then the car runs fine until I start driving from a cold start again. I put on longtubes with no cats about a year ago, and I can't seem to get the o2 codes (front or rear) to go away. Paid a local ls1 tuner to turn off the codes for me, but they just keep coming back. Other than that, there are no codes. I replaced the front 2 oxygen sensors about 9 months ago, which did nothing to help the codes. Car has been running a tad bit rich since I put the LT's on about 8k ago, and I haven't been able to afford a tune. I have not made any changes to the car since the LT's, and this problem just started this week. I have replaced the idle air control valve, which did not help. Any ideas?

not sure but i know my car runs like crap when its below freezing, idles rough and bogs but runs mint after a few minutes. dont know what it could be tho..

your in Atlanta... I'm in the ATL right now and it hasn't even been cold. I've been here 3 weeks and the coldest it's been was 45 at night. How cold does it have to get before it does this?

When I say cold, I just mean the car is cold, as in it hasn't warmed up to operating temperature.

I'm starting to think this may be related to my exhaust leak. I have one of those god-awful jethot 10 piece y-pipes that, despite numerous times of reconfiguring and tuning, I can't seem to keep from leaking. Anyone had experience with these symptoms being related to an exhaust leak?
