figured out why my window doesnt work.. what is it?

figured out why my window doesnt work.. what is it? But I dont know what these things are or how to fix it so your help would be great.
here is what I found when I took the door apart
It looks like something was broken off where that hole is because its like sheered metal. That is some kind of bracket that I assume attaches to the track nearest to the outside of the door
Here are two parts I found inside the door
Basically that track isnt connected to the window and I dont know why
now I gotta figure out why my ABS light wont turn off...
