Default tailshaft/driveshaft hitting body?

So today i got my car up on the lift and noticed the subframe had shifted and is causing the driveshaft to hit the underbody... nasty sounding. I unbolted the subframe and tried to put back in normal position, but i can still hear it a little bit under full throttle and 1st to 2nd gear shifts. Im beginning to wonder if my subframe is bent and it also seems the tranny mount is kind of loose. Help and suggestions greatly appreciated.

Maybe you have a busted tranny mount. That's really common, and pretty cheap to replace.
