changing out a bulb and noticed i had a vac line disconnected..

96 lt1 camaro for the record. Its near the passanger fog light, small black plastic line, had a rubber boot at the end of it...

i found it goes to a black box sitting new to the two french horn looking guys. I have no idea what the black box is though?
