Your rattle sounds like it may be the 02 sensor problem that my card had:

In short, I ended up buying two Standard Automotive Products, Inc. O2 sensors, Part. No SG274, and changed both rear sensors. The rattle is 100% completely gone. Both of my stock OEM 02 sensors rattled at idle or when you banged on the pipe. Yes, the OEM sensors were in the pipe as tight as they could go. I think the sound comes from the metal swivel where the wires enter the sensor. I tried puting RTV sealant and tape around them, but no matter what they would still rattle.
Anyway, these new sensors had a nice, rubber grommet instead of that metal swivel so there isn't anything that can rattle on them. They also came pre-coated with anti-sieze on the threads. Not too bad for $45 each.
