Default FLuid inside of the car, smoke when running

I think I have it solved but just making sure. I think that my heater core has gone out. It got cold all of a sudden and I had to use my heater. I was going onto the high-way and I hit about 55-60 where my third gear usually goes in but it hesitated and when it finally went through (at 70mph) i got a sharp fish like smell (the same smell my radiator smells like because I have a feeling it needs to be replaced) anyway a couple of days later I look at my passenger side and there is a puddle of brown fluid with some anti-freeze mixed in and my car starts smoking on the inside coming from the vents and underneath the dash. So if anyone has any ideas or different conclusions any info is appreciated.

Thanks

Dustin

ps. My radiator is infested with this brown junk looks to be rust or firt, dunno...
