DIY Tranny FLush?

Anyone ever done this through the tranny cooler lines?

yup. Stick a funnel in the return line going from the cooler to the tranny to add fluid easily and let the line going to the cooler from the tranny empty into a large oil collection container.

Exactly how is it done? If you guys would please expalin this, I would most appreciate it. I am needing to flush my entire 4L60E. It's a 99' with 17,780 miles on it.
