Default Clicking noise from front right wheel

Whenever I hit a speed bump or any dip in the road, or even sometimes when I turn the wheel, I get a single click that sounds like metal hitting metal from the front right wheel. At first I thought it may have been the shock but then it started doing it when I would turn. I also checked the control arm bushings and they seem to be in good shape. Any ideas?

I chased a click like yours for a long time, it ended up being the nut on the top of the shock. I had to take the shock and spring out, compress the spring and tighten the nut to make it stop.
