Default Timing Chain

I have a 2000 WS6 with manual transmission. Car has 152k mile with about 90% highway miles, ie 6th gear engine speed appox 1600-1800 RPMs. My question is what is the safe life for the timing chain? Can't find anything in either owners manuel or service manuel about expected lifetime.

Thanks for any info.

I think timing chains are supposed to last "the life of the motor".

My engine has 130k on it and I just tore my motor down. The stock timing chain was very loose. I think it would've held up a bit longer but the stretch was unbelieveable.
