speedometer is not reading right any suggestions

speedometer is not reading right any suggestions i got my car and the speedo appeared to be off. i thought it could have gears and after figuring out i most likely dont( i bought it used with a few mods) so when it was programmed for stock 3;43's the speedometer was anywhere from 10-15 mph offf, i now have it programmed for 4:10s and its close to beign right but not exact. any idesa on why it would read off besides gear or tire size?

well that says im supposed to be at 89 in 6th gear at 2000 rpms. it does not seem like im going that fast at all. does anyone car read this with the ls1 m6?

see im not 100% sure on the gear ratio looks like im going to be pulling the rear cover to find out for sure. i reset it to 3:43's and sure enough i was at 2k at 89mph. but i know i wasnt going that fast . so it must have gears or somethign is definatly wrong.
