steering issues

steering issues Well I bought my T/A about 3 months ago from a younger guy and I don't know what he had done to it, but for the most part its stock. Anyway I am having some issues with the steering and I don't know if its from a wreck or what? When I turn the steering wheel all the way to the right it has a great turning radius yet it rubs and pops as if it's oversteering, but when i turn the wheel all the way to the left it has a terrible turning radius and I can rarely make it through a fast-food drive thru without reversing. Also when I am tryin to drive straight the steering wheel actually has to be a little bit to the left of center. I don't know what has caused this but nothing as far as tie rods or steering column appear to be damaged, I was thinking maybe the steering gear was improperly seated and that it favored the right side. Any help would be greatly appreciated. And yes I have searched for this and I would have to say my problem is pretty unique.
Had the same issues.. take it to a good tire shop.. the reason the tires are off is due to an accident and they need to be re-centered and that should take care of most of the problem..its a easy fix for the tire shop just tell them whats going on probably going to be 100 - 200 bucks...
