I wouldn't bother. My factory plugs had none on them. But it's usually advised to always use antiseize with aluminum. Otherwise you risk damaging the threads since the material is softer than the usual cast iron. Plus, it will be WAY easier to remove the plugs next time you go to change them.

Holy hell, yes, you should check them to make sure they are the correct gap. Hell if you just drop one on the ground or bump it agaisnt something, the electrode can move quite alot.

As long as you didn't put them tight as all hell, you'll be fine. I put mine in a tiny bit more than hand tight, just a little nudge with the ratchet and thats it, there always a little tough to still get out when I change them, so I know its plenty.
