Default Lights not working: no taillights , dash , or hazard

Car is a 97 camaro RS.

The dash lights don't work, even when headlights are flipped on. Also, neither of the taillights work. The lights used to light up while driving and then not light when braking, but now they wont light at all. Hazard lights are out as well.

Tried new bulbs in every socket. Also tried the trick where put the turn signal on and hit the brakes...still no luck. Any insight?

I once had my brake lights stop working on my old 95, it turned out that the turn signal lever, arm, switch, whatever you call it, was bad. I dont know if that could also have an effect on the other things you mentioned...
