Your going to have to be a little more specific. Is this only when in neutral or when moving also? Is your car and M6 or A4? Where are you feeling this vibration?

Default vibration

it is an a4, and i feel it in my seat basically, its like a shudder, in neutral and while driving, light on the foot it is fine, but when i give it a lot of throttle it gets that vibration. its shifts perfectly fine and everything. i was told it is most likely either my torque converter or my flexplate

I think they all have a little bit of vibration. I know mine does and the fact our interiors are so plasticy and "cheap" I don't think helps.
