Is this idle behavior normal?
Is this idle behavior normal? 2001 WS6 M6.

This only happens if the AC is on

Most of the time the car will idle correctly, around 800 on the speedo.
Randomly, it will idle at 1000-1500. After awhile it will drop back down but it'll sometimes hold 1500 for a good 30-60 seconds. If I turn the AC off when it's doing this (idling at 1500), the idle will immediately drop back down to where it's supposed to be.
Is this normal? The fact that it's random is what concerns me.

Alrighty sounds like it's nothing to worry about.
I wasn't worried when it would idle around 1k with the AC, but the random 1500 idling with the AC on was concerning me.
